Chrome Android Recent Issues

The last couple of weeks I've found the site more or less unusable on Chrome Android. Both mobile site and desktop on phone and tablet. So no plugins or blockers.

The behaviour is the tab becomes unresponsive like a CPU bound JavaScript loop so I can't do anything, and often have to kill the tab.

  I've just never had it on any sites, and only recently here recently. Just odd
