  I received an email from JB Hifi's mailing thing (the same one that sends out those random deals with the voucher on it) and it mentioned that if you buy the S7, you get both the Gear VR and the Fit2

    Pretty sure that wasn't an offer for outright purchase? If I remember correct it was for anyone taking out a new plan with Telsra

      Nothing for the Gear VR though, AFAIK.

  Gonna be a lot of S7(e) sales/specials in the next few weeks before the S8(+) is announced (end of March), and then a month later the market gets flooded with 2nd hand S7(e)s and the price of new S7(e)s have to be lowered even more.

  $900 still a lot for a 12 months old phone. Hopefully over the next couple months I'de be able to pick up the S7E for ~$500 using the eBay sales / coupons etc..

    Kogan has warranty issues. You need to physically send the phone to them if something ever goes wrong.

        Everywhere you send it to Samsung but for Kogan only 1 year is covered by Samsung, For 2nd year Kogan gets it repaired through their own sources and some people don't trust these 3rd party repairers…thats all!!!
        I personally have always used Grey import and haven't had any issues with the devices so far….

    I've never had a problem with Kogan, and I've bought loads of stuff there. Phone, tablet, TV, phone plan, etc. They have an S7 for $659 (not the Edge).

  This phone shouldn't cost more than 600 bucks being a 12 months old but these retail shops add $300 to $400 profit margin on the top and don't miss any opportunity to cash in more money!
