    I told them I hadn't received mine yet and they offered a refund. I accepted and am waiting to hear from them again.

    I ordered mine in the 15th and had heard nothing. With nothing to loose I went to the local post office and asked if they had anything. Turns out they did! My mi box has arrived early April but I never received a slip let alone a reminder. I checked my mail box every day in the hope it would be waiting for me. All setup now and working a treat!

      Yeah, I have mine delivered to my post office too. Have checked and other deliveries arrived during the period, but nothing regarding this. Sucks. I'll pursue the refund.
