Drawn To Death, the new game from David Jaffe (God of War), is released on April 4th as a PS4 exclusive and at no charge for PS+ members.
I imagine this is like all PS+ monthly "free" games, in that you will need to have an active PS+ subscription to play it in the future.
It's not in the store yet, so no idea on regular price.

It will be available in the store update on April 4th, which is usually about 9-10pm AEST.
