I feel bad for kids who grew up with the Wii U as their only console. I was stuck on a PS2 and PSP until very late 2011, I was at least spoiled for choice with hundreds of amazing games and a shit load of ports and whatnot coming long after the PS360 gen began. Imagine being like 8 or something and all you've got is the Wii U, not to sound like a spoiled piece of shit here, but dude, that would be terrible. You'd basically just be replaying Mario, Splatoon, CoD 2012 and that's it, at least there's Zelda but still.

The Wii U in general just makes me sad, all mine's used for is Nintendont at this point, been that way for a couple years now.

    • 3 Zeldas (yes 2 HD remakes but if their first console then brand new to them), Splatoon, Mario 3D World, Super Mario Maker, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 8, Yoshi's Woolly World, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, Pikmin 3, Lego City Undercover, Pokken Tournament, Xenobladea and Wonderful 101 are good games and also exclusive titles (there are others probably others haven't thought of).

It didn't have much 3rd party support but as far as exclusive titles for a console that didn't sell well at all it had a lot to offer and you are comparing it to the most successful console of all time by a large margin.

  • cheap as :)
