input the requested details including their full name, contact number, email address and place of purchase
upload a copy or photograph of the Eligible Product receipt and the barcode from the Eligible Product
agree to the Terms and Conditions and to be contacted by the Promoter for future promotional and marketing purposes
submit the fully completed entry form.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Purchase made; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) unrecognised barcode numbers will be deemed invalid.

Entrants must retain a copy of their Eligible Product purchase receipt(s) and Eligible Product barcodes for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Sydney, NSW (only provided if winner resides outside of NSW). If a winner is from NSW, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash
One (1) night twin share minimum 4 star accommodation in Sydney, NSW
Return airport to hotel transfers
