Fryer for Chips and Hash Browns Pies Chicken Wings etc

Thinking of investing in a decent fryer be it oil or air for making batches of chips and other goodies and what nots.. I understand that once you use the fryer you have to store the oil somewhere I.e. you cannot just reuse it or keep it in the fryer for next time say if it is more than two weeks? I don't know.

Currently I have tried both pan frying and oven using grills and hre fan force which haven't really turned out great.

Any other options or alternatives are welcome maybe invest in a wok or something I don't know. Trying to make store bought chips and scallops and what nots with the big deep fryers.

Was thinking of an airfryer maybe for stuff like sausage rolls and pies and etc.. let me know which you think is better or have worked for you in the past.

Can order online or buy local. Cheers thanks

      'murica!

    • Okay maybe that one was a little too far haha lol.. scallops and fish cocktails?

  • My mum uses the Buffalo air fryer and loves it. She says it has quite a big internal cooking space compared to the other well rated Philips brand etc. Quite easy to use (shes very technologically backward), and healthy food i guess. Has a rotating basket which you can use to roast nuts, chips and stuff evenly, rotisserie, racks and metal plate etc.

  • El cheapo Aiir fryer for heating up. Save oil and energy.

  • Air fryer FTW.

    You'll almost certainly lose money.

  • Bought a Phillips Air Fryer and I do not regret it at all. Frozen chips turn out equivalent to cafe or fast food place.
