Hey guys,
I've just been able to access the Order details for my XPS order purchased through eBay and have just noticed that above it says the following:
"The payment for your Dell Order is pending and hence your order is on temporary hold. Your order will be confirmed once we receive the payment."
Although I have paid fully through eBay "Paypal".
Anyone else experienced this?
Insight would be appreciated.
How long did it take you to receive your order?
Also I cannot understand their 15 day return/refund policy which states that it starts from the day of your invoice.. however by the time you receive your order that time will have elapsed…

I had the same thing with my DELL order via eBay, it took almost a week for "payment confirmation" happened.
It only seems to be happening to orders paid with Paypal, I was advised If I had paid with Credit card it would be approved automatically.
Sadly had to pay via Paypal (Credit card) to get the 20% off promo code.
I find it poor form they don't advise customers of this before the purchase is made.
The only reason I paid with PayPal is because as per usual I'm protected incase anything happens.
But yes you are right they should advise of this as chances are they want the money as fast as we want a high quality product.
How does their Return/Change of mind policy work with the 15 days if it takes that long just to get the product?

Don't worry, my order was like this for while until shipped. As far as I remember there is a 'prepaid' somewhere
