When to Buy White Goods?

Hey,

I'm planning a kitchen reno, and will be getting new appliances (fridge, oven, stove, etc). Is there a good time of year to jump on sales for this kind of stuff?

  yes, just before you need to use them

  if you leave it later than that, you'll not have them when you need them

  Boxing Day Sales always seems to be a good time to buy. Deeper discounts I find.

  If you watch .tv you'll realise that all of the major stores have a massive 'never to be repeated' sale every weekend. Find what you want, go into ozbargain mode and you'll likely get a better deal than a sale price anyway.
