Dell eBay Orders - How long? XPS 13 and XPS 15?

Hello everyone,

I'm just interested in how others have found ordering new Dells from their eBay store?

I ordered an XPS 13 Monday last week, and I am yet to receive any order number from them for me to track how the order is going. I have followed up twice with the first reply saying wait till Friday for the order number which never happened. And I have asked again today with no reply as of yet.

Are we able to contact Dell Sales on the phone directly to get the answer? Or are we forced to use eBay?

How have others found their orders? Have you received order numbers within reasonable times?

    How could it possibly hurt to contact hem, if you need the information…

      The reason I ask is that its through their eBay store. So I dont know if the people I call on the phone will even know what I am talking about, let alone know where to look.
