Bankwest Platinum Insurance (missing in transit)

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the difference between Bankwest Platinum and 28 Degrees Mastercard.

As far as i know or remember, 28 Degrees Mastercard shoppers protection covers price difference and online transactions where the buyer never receives the item.

Bankwest Platinum offers much the same thing, but I could not find any reference of covering the buyer if the item is missing during transit or never arrives. The only thing it says is the cover for "lost" or "damaged" items only begins when you have taken possession of the item.

Can anyone clarify for me if Bankwest insurance covers online transactions if the item goes missing in transit?
