    "Worth $1070" is a bit of an exaggeration, surely.

    Not complaining, of course, free is free if you win, but the winner might find themselves paying hundreds of dollars to shipping to get a $500 gaming PC. Just so you don't get disappointed…

      Having a quick look at the specs, I reckon it is about right value wise.
      To go out right now and buy all the parts yourself to build this machine would cost ~$1k plus a bit extra for someone to build it for you.
