Don't know what I installed

Hi guys,
Hoping for some advice.
I don't know what I installed but when I click on any links or buttons on any page I am on - another page opens up to bookings.com or google survey page..
Even on ozbargain. I click on a link and another page pops up to another site ..
How do i get rid of this please?

    adware, you must not have any antivirus software

        adware remover, get antivirus software after

        run them in that order

    use malwarebytes or ccleaner to remove any adware/cookies.

      dont use ccleaner on windows 10.

    Look at your browser addons if there's anything malicious.
