so to pay off your credit card, you cant use credit for obvious reasons
the other options are bank transfer, bpay, or go into branch with cash, or postoffice with cash
are you able to walk into say ANZ and produce a EFTPOS card and ask to pay off your card even if its not a anz issued efptos card?
seeing as eftpos is cash in your account, it should be fine
If eftpos won't work then you could just get cash out from somewhere and take it into a branch to pay off I'd assume?
