I found I had to log out of my Microsoft account and then refresh the page, then log in after clicking the buy button

Just tried your method and it still gave me the error afterwards. Bah, Microsoft.

I logged out then 'bought' the item whilst logged out. It will take you to log in page and log back in and it should be in your library :)

    • Just open the link in the "New Incognito Window" and you will be all right…

Yep, have had it on my 360 HDD for the past few years. A good little action flick though.

Watched this all the way to the end and was disappoint to see "To Be Continued". Looks like they wanted to do more but never did since this is just a one of. Other than that the production and quality are very good for its short length.

Doesn't the game pick up where this drops off? Isn't that the whole point?

Interestingly enough, the "Go to deal" link takes you to the American Microsoft Store (en-us).

In order to get Movie, I proceeded as follows:

    1. Logged-out of my Microsoft Store (AU) website.

    2. Dialed my VPN to the US (unsure if this is required or optional).

    3. Clicked on the (above) "Go to deal" link and finally added it to "My Library" no worries.

Just did same - without VPN and it worked fine. Thanks OP

To play videos, you need a web browser that supports Silverlight
Try using the latest version of Internet Explorer.
…hahahaha good one Microsoft. Looks like I'm never going to watch that movie.

  • They needed 2 directors for a ~19 minute short film?

    • One to direct - and one to film.

  • Why is there still no "Microsoft Movies & TV" app for Android? I get that in this case the video is on YouTube, but in general if I purchase a movie through the Microsoft store, it seems there's no way to play it on Android or Telstra TV or Chromecast or Kodi - is that correct? If so, that's rather inconvenient.
