Shipping from GearBest: How Long Will It Take with Expedited Shipping?

Today i made my first ever purchase on Gearbest.
Ordered The Xiaomi yi Eu version and payed extra for expedited Shipping.
As stated expedited shipping (3-10 business days)
I made this purchase to use on my holiday. If i dont get this before my holiday then this will be of no use to me, so willbe expecting a refund.
So technically speaking i should recieve my items by atleast the 12th of april, true?
Silly me i only decided to research about GearBest's shipping after i made the purchase and have come across some mixed reviews..

Can anyone shed some light on my situation?

    Last time I ordered Australia Priority Mail it was sent on the 8th March, in hand on the 16th.

    Just keep in mind to add a few days Packing and Handling time. Gearbest will send you an email when it is posted.

    Does it matter if it says "HK2" in terms of delivery times since i payed for expedited shipping?
    Because if this item doesnt arrive before the 15th which is my day of departure, its absolutely no use to me.
    As soon i seen the option to pay for faster delivery, i jumped on it.. Otherwise would not have made the purchase.

    Unreasonable to state you will request refund if not delivered by exact date. They do state "estimated shipping time". It's an estimate, but could be longer.

    I understand that.. but why would we have the option to pay extra for quicker delivery.
    They say 3-10 days.. I'm saying by the 15th I need it.. that's 15 days from now..
    Am I really being that unreasonable?

      If you ask them to confirm delivery by that date or give a refund, they will decline.
      You don't get to decide to modify the terms of a vendor's offer, just accept or decline what they present.

      For the record, Gearbest usually take 4 or 5 days to get items into the post, then their delivery estimates are usually toward the top of the stated range. I think it will be touch and go if you get it in time.

        Just looking at this now in front of a computer, I think you might have an issue. The listing I see for the product you bought says dispatched between the 3-15th of April, which suggests they are waiting on the arrival of stock.
        The shipping time will happen after they despatch it. I think you will be lucky to get it received by 15th.
