      I have tried the watergardens Vic shop. All good and easy. Try to accumulate 5,000 points before redeem. You can win a box of 4 donuts with over 5,000 points

    I tried to enter bonus code DONUTS in the game and got double points.

          Was able to redeem but it was a major hassle. They knew of the promotion but had no way of scanning the barcode so had to write everything down so they could do it later. Then they accidentally pressed claim on a second voucher I had that I was saving for next week. So, basically I now have a freezer full of doughnuts! :p

      I couldn't redeem any this afternoon. Tried after Midnight and I just got a four pack donuts voucher.

      1. Prizes and How to Win

      6.1 The prizes are divided into three tiers: (a) Tier one: One (1) Cinnamon donut. To be eligible for a tier one prize you will have below 1500 points, unless all allocated vouchers are depleted.
      (b) Tier two: One (1) Royal Range donut. To be eligible for a tier two prize you will have 1500 points or more, unless all allocated vouchers are depleted.
      (c) Tier three: Four (4) donuts of their choice (excludes the Royal Range). To be eligible for a tier three prize you will have 5000 points or more, unless all allocated vouchers are depleted.

      6.2 If there are prizes still available on a lower tier, you will win those if all vouchers on your actual tier are depleted (for example, if all of the “box of four donuts” vouchers are gone, and there are still “one royal range” vouchers left, you will win one of those instead).

    WTF for 6 days straight I have gotten over 10000 and been redeeming at 4.00pm and only gotten cinnamon donuts, and my friend had 5000 at 5.08 and gotten a 4 pack.am I the only one dealing with this?

    The app only gives out a certain number of free donuts a day,. This is why it is best to claim at exactly 12:00 am. The terms and conditions have also changed so you now need a whopping 30,000 donuts to be eligible for 4 pack of donuts. My high score is 3317. Already claimed 2 four packs and have 3 more available to redeem.

      you need to keep redeeming in smaller points rather than accumulating points.

      Bear in mind, one redemption will entitle only one voucher.

        Should be able to redeem until end of Friday.. Mine were there yesterday. I since uninstalled. By redeem I mean the voucher in store, not redeem points in the game. The game no longer gives out prizes.
