The rates from these guys seem too good to be true!
I am interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully taken out a mortgage with these guys, how the process was, and thoughts to date?

With one of the best rates on most comparison websites (Canstar, etc) - I am surprised these guys are not more popular with Ozbargain users…
They did up their rate by 0.25% to all existing customers a few months back. I was on 3.54 but am now on 3.79% The advertised rates didn't go up though… Also the exit fee is around $750 and there is also a fee if you start the application but don't go with them.
Oi, the marketers don't want you to call it an exit fee. It's a deferred establishment fee.

Looks like from the feedback they raise the rates after you join.
