Website to Register a Business (ABN/ACN) with ASIC

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have any experience with which website's that offer registration of business's with abn/a.c.n that they have used?

What do you mean? Why not just go straight to the ABR?

abr.gov.au / asic.gov.au are the official sites

ABN just do it via ABR.
ACN can do with ASIC directly or via an agent, the agent will do stuff like share certifications, blah, blah, blah.

I used Company123.com.au. I was a bit skeptical about it at first (look at the name!), but it was fine in the end.

The cost was $504, most of it is made up of the $469 ASIC fee, but includes all the documents (constitution, etc). It came through pretty much straight away.

What about ecompanies.com.au?

Most of them seem to be $469 +their fee.
