We found a house of our likes and reckons this is the one, but before we close the deal we want to get building inspection done.

- Things I have to aware of before, after or during and which are already mentioned in reports?
- who has to sort out the problems?
- How much should this matter?
- Vendors agents say this is a deal breaker as they already have another deal with less price than ours but with all cash.

- It's a 20 years old house 3Bed 2Bath, land about 820sq
