It's usually free for orders over $100.
Poor website design; the webpage reloads each time a filter is selected rather than giving the option to confirm all filters once selected (quite a few size filters are necessary when shopping for pants, shirts and accessories concurrently). And half the time the filters don't remove from the listing products that don't meet the filter requirements. How can such a big company stuff such small things up?
