I am a primary school teacher and need to buy 13 sets of cheap, plastic dice for a mathematics exercise.

Any ideas?

Is that 13 dice all up? Otherwise, what do you mean by a set of dice?

Off the top of my head, gaming stores carry a good range of dice, loose or in game specific sets, like Dungeons & Dragons. You can try http://locator.wizards.com to find gaming stores local to you.
