I'm having problems with Paypal.
Items significantly different are no longer treated individually when more than 1 item is on order.
The whole order has to be returned to get any money back.
Now I don't have that many problems usually but recently have so things may have changed so I thought I'd ask for others experiences.
Seems each item now has to be ordered separately for simple Paypal protection - is that right?
Also is there a complaint email for Paypal itself anywhere because having used the site a lot lately I've found the website playing up on a number of occasions and actions being actioned and then changed back minutes later, with no record of any changes made on the paypal website even though I've printed paypal confirmations of the changes made. These changes have of course all disappeared apart from the printed documents which are useless because Paypal does not appear to have a complaint email about its own service or lack of it. eg Claim cancelled - print confirmation that claim is cancelled - go back later and claim is not cancelled and now can't be cancelled again?

i use paypal for payments to online stores and ebay etc, also for gumtree person to person transactions. i have not noticed any problems on that side.
There have been a few little glitches here and there with the website but i wasn't overly worried about at the time. i always just keep an eye on my account for unauthorised use .
I believe you should call them. Small or large problems are likely to be dealt with sooner if you call them and explain what is going wrong.
