My Qantas Assure App Is Broken

Is anyone else having problems?

Did a routine update today. After the update I got the 'cleaning up. This should just take a minute'. Stuck on this, frozen, error messages. Got fed up, so deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it won't let me log in. I even reset my PIN. All my details are correct.

I have been working hard on earning those points. Now I will miss today's deadlines, and have no idea when or if the app will work again. Seems to be no support avenues.

    • Agree. Sorry for the hasty post, just exasperated :( As for Qantas Support, I'm still waiting for a reply on the incorrectly named voucher they sent me on 28/3, so I won't hold my breath!
