Since Ubank updated the rate to 3.94% as of 21st April, l've started looking for alternatives.

3.94 is where most other banks will go if not more soon
Loans.com.au are going up on April 30th.

Hi OP, I am with Ubank for Uhomeloan but have not received the interest increase notice and also their website as well as my account says still 3.74%. Did you receive any correspondence from Ubank ?
