Michelin Guide Europe 2017 $0.20 (Was $16.99) [Android App]

500

Google play store's app deal of the week is now on sale for 20c instead of the rrp of $16.99.

I would never fork out full price for something like this, but this price make it a bit easier to digest.

In case anyone's wondering, the Michelin guide rates food and drink establishments, not tyres. Though visiting too many of these places might make you look like a Michelin man!

Find and book the best restaurants from all the great places selected by MICHELIN guide inspectors alongside web users reviews from all over Europe. From small gourmet bistros to starred restaurants, there’s something to suit all tastes and budgets.

Discover the restaurant selections from the following MICHELIN guides: Great Britain and Ireland 2017, Italy 2017, Germany 2017, Switzerland 2017, Belgium and Luxembourg 2017, Spain and Portugal 2017, Netherlands 2017, France 2017 and Main Cities of Europe 2017 (Athens, Budapest, Prague, Warsaw, Krakow…).

Search for a restaurant to suit your needs and criteria:
• Nearby (by activating your geolocation)
• by town, by address
• by MICHELIN rating (starred restaurants, Bib Gourmand, Michelin Plate)
• by price
• by cuisine type (gourmet, traditional, bistrot, Italian…)
• by restaurant name

Display your search results on a map or as a list.

This food tastes bad. I'd rather eat a tyre!

  • Good find, thanks

Rep, can you please include some more description about app from play store? Looks like it rates restaurants across Europe.

    From play store:
Find and book the best restaurants from all the great places selected by MICHELIN guide inspectors alongside web users reviews from all over Europe. From small gourmet bistros to starred restaurants, there’s something to suit all tastes and…..

    • Thanks, added the blurb from Google in the description

  • I wonder why the other versions are free and this is not? Couldn't help but think TripAdvisor or Yelp to be better indicators for a review.

    • You're right! I have no idea. The other ones from the same publisher (Michelin) look like travel guides, whereas this one is the only that looks like it's dedicated to restaurants. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

  • +1 for the desc.
The restaurants on offer are probably incompatible with the Ozbargainer lyfestyle tho, pricey as .. as in you're paying to eat "art" in the form of lines drawn from sauce on your plate

      Protip:
These restaurants usually have a lunch 'special' which is significantly cheaper than their dinner prices, and could serve the same menu/degustation.

Some restaurants have quite reasonable prices.
We went to this restaurant, and had their Michelin star dish. It was more expensive than your typical bento box here at $20-30, but it was very fresh, tasty and worth paying the extra.

  • The display picture in this deal reminds me somewhat of Disney's baymax:

  • Thanks for the deal, heading to Europe tonight and splurging on a lot of restaurants while we're there!

  • This'll help me look more and more like the Michelin Man.
