Got a call from Warehouse1…

I didn't recognize the name & thot they might be someone doing Telemktg, but no.

HAPPILY, they were calling to advise that they Noticed that eBay's 20% discount
didn't get applied to my order… AND they'd be Refunding that 20% via PayPal.

HAPPY NEWS, FROM A COMPANY DOING THE RIGHT THING. I COMMEND THEM FOR EXTRA EFFORT.

Makes me feel GOOD about Doing Business with an Aussie Co., &
even a little -more- Proud to be an Aussie.

Thanks guys!

PS …AND they Deliver to a POB address (so far, not hitch for giving one)

(Not every co. does that…)

    Thumbs up for a company being.
    It is a big difference from having to chase and question them.
    In all honesty, this will save them more problems down the road. A stitch in time saves 9 complains and questions on QZB later.

    Good on you for posting. People normally only post when they have complaints, making some people think everybody only complains about that business all the time.

    Great work warehouse1. Bought a ML10v2 from them recently. 10/10. Would deal with them again. This post just confirmed again that they're good.
