Check out Naritas, they have $1,000 wish gift card on most loans (generally on top of whatever cash back from the banks). PM for more info if you want.

NAB is currently offer $1500 cashback, I can throw part of my commission on top as well.

Refinance? Usually cashback offers are refinance offers to help with cost of moving lenders:

*You can speak to a broker, and your loan size is substantial, they may offer you a cashback from their upfront commission to earn your business. Since brokers earn about 0.06% of your loan amount as upfront commission, a 500k loan will earn about $3000, and they may be happy to give a $1000 in cashback. This way you may actually get a better rate as they will probably offer it on any of the lenders in their panel.
