Just got a notification of new deals for the 7-Eleven fuel app and in the list is a free Krispy Kreme Glazed Doughnut (different from signup offer).

Offer starts today, expires 29/5

  Used to have offers all the time on the app, free coffee donuts etc etc… For the past 2-3 months all vanished. I get the notification that offers are on the app, but when I click it says no offers at this time.

    I get the same. A notification each month but click through to blank offers inbox. Pretty rude. I've never had offered show up. Always been broken.

      any chance you with Virgin mobile? There's a known issue with Virgin Mobile and the 7-11 fuel app when I spoke to their CS.

        Thanks, that will be it. Odd that carrier had something to do with app failure. Is there a fix?

        @pongwaters: No fix just yet. If you are unable to login to your fuel app, the only fix is to remove the sim card, connect to wifi, then you will be able to login to the app. You can then insert the sim card and use the app unless you log out of it in the future which means you'll have to repeat the steps above again.

        I used to get offers regularly, one day decided to log out of the app, and since then…. no offers. I'm on Virgin Mobile/Galaxy S7. Maybe it's the combination of the two or just the carrier.

  Same as sign up offer. If you didn't redeem by expiry date of initial free donut , it will continue to renew until you redeem the donut

  Mate and I tried Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for the first time on the weekend. Of 6 doughnuts 2 were just ok and of the other 4 took one bite of each and threw the remainder away. Positively the worst I've ever tasted. Local bakery makes much better doughnuts. Really don't know what all the hype is about.
