Hello.. just want to ask those who use the Logitech X50 bluetooth speaker. I've just got it today and it works except that for the volume down button is not working.
When I press the volume up button a few times, the volume increases and then it beeps. Does that mean it has reached the maximum volume? If the volume down button is pressed the volume doesn't decrease, I have to turn it down from my phone. Is it broken?

I can adjust volume up and down on mine and beeping does mean max volume.

Probably is broken, but maybe double check with another phone if you haven't already.
I thought something was wrong with mine once, the sound was all choppy and couldn't change volume. Connected another BT speaker and it still happened, so I rebooted my MBP that was the source and it fixed it. So sometimes can be just a poor connection or something?
I have tried it with my pc, another phone and android tv box and still the same :(
Although rare, I think it is indeed broken
Just tested, your volume down button is probably broken.
