Terms and Conditions:

• No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to disqualify or discount any entrant, image we feel is inappropriate.
• Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any entry before awarding a prize. Competition ends on June 6, 2017 and winner will be announced via the GoCatch Facebook page on June 7, 2017.
• Maximum retail value of the Prize is AU$1,000 including GST. The credit must be used by 31 December 2018. The winner is entitled to transfer part or all of that credit to up to 5 persons who have a GoCatch account by contacting GoCatch and requesting the transfer. The credit can only be used for GoCatch trips and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer which be advertised from time to time nor can it be redeemed for cash.
• The winner consents to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by the Promoter, without further compensation. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
