Hand Weight set Olympic or celcius?

I am looking to get some hand weight set for myself, I am a starter and looking to get 20-25 kg weight.Can any one recommend any online sites which provide good quality weight and some deals. I can wait for some time but if i can get some deals.

I have checked on rebel sports but they don't have any deal. On ebay i am not sure which one to go for.

your experience with sites and suggestions are welcome

    What kind of exercises do you plan on doing? Do you want a bar, dumbbells, something else? Any benches, racks or machines?

      To start off i am just looking to get dumbbells. Not sure which ones are good and also i can add plates later on to increase weight.

    Gumtree or facebook marketplace - people sell their dumbbells all the time.

    Otherwise Kmart sells a 20kg dumbbell set for $49.
