    It asks for a zip code. I just typed an 8 digit number and it seemed happy with that.

    They are still giving away ebooks once a month (html, sony, mobi, pdf). This month it is Spaceman Blues by Brian Francis Slattery. They are full books but some have been part of a series. They also have the odd short story available as well.
