Which USB-C Cable for Powerbank? (Recommendation)

Hey guys
Just bought an anker powerbank and I'm looking for a USB c to USB c cable, about 30cm (1ft) long to use with it.

I'm keen on blitzwolf build quality but can't find any under 1m (3.3ft).

I understand usb cables need to be rated for fast charging as well so I don't want to buy a rubbish one.

Any recommendations please?

  • Tronsmart is pretty good.

    • Can't find one less than a metre :/

  • Aukey
    AmazonBasics via Amazon
    Anker
    Apple - high premium though

    • None of those guys do a 30cm one on ebay from what I can find except if they're part of an expensive multi pack

      • You didnt try Link Amazon
Its USB 2.0 data speeds, but supports the 5v 3amp charging rate.

By the way, you should look for cables that are Certified by USB-IF, otherwise they could damage your device. There was a report on it by a Google engineer Benson Leung. Not all cables made equal.

        • You're right I forgot to try that one
          I see it is usb-if
I hope the blitzwolf ones I bought a couple months ago are ok
I'm gonna grab the Amazon one I suppose
          Cheers

        • Okay $16 for a 15cm cable. Might keep looking

  • Monster

    • I can't find a USB c cable in 30cm from monster on ebay

  • How about this one

Monoprice Palette Series 3.1 USB-C to USB-C Cable with PD - 6 inch Black

though not quite as long as you'd like.

  • Your answer is 'Apple'
