2. The best 20 entrants will be contacted on 30 May 2017 to answer some questions about how tooth sensitivity has impacted their lives and the 8 best respondents will win. Questions are as follows:
   (a) How long have you suffered from sensitive teeth?
   (b) What foods have you missed out on because of your sensitive teeth?
   (c) Have your sensitive teeth made you miss out on anything else in your life – such as social events or special occasions?
   (d) What have you done to manage your sensitive tooth pain?
