Need Suggestion for Samsung Galaxy Tablet

Hi guys,

I am looking forward to buy a tablet (above 9"). Preferred Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 but price range is little higher. Alternatively, my second preference is Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 Wi-Fi 16GB.

Found different prices for this one.
1) The Good Guys - $329
2) Dicksmith -$299
3) DWI - $279
4) eglobaldigitalcameras - $260
5) android-enjoyed - $322 (with 4G LTE)

Are there any other offers available for the tablet? Or which one do you suggest from the list above to buy? Currently I hold only the low fee credit card from CBA which has no extended warranty or price/purchase protection.

    Honestly, unless you can find cheaper from a reputable store gumtree/eBay just make sure to check on the day for excessive scratches and faults with the tablet etc before you agree to the sale of it.

    I got lucky this way and scored the best deal of my gumtree life on a nvidia shield tablet and cover and controller for less than the tablet itself from Amazon last year. Now not all gumtree users are legitimate so you have to use your inner judgement and scrutinize very carefully to make the best of this sale.

    If you have good judgement skills and are ok with a little bit of risk versus reward go this route.. otherwise check all the suppliers you listed above plus Amazon and go from there.

    While I love the Samsung Galaxy tab s2 because of its reliability and basically the most common premium tablet might I suggest the Asus Zenpad 3S and Huawei Mediapad M3 from Amazon as alternatives.

    Slightly pricier but it should be on par with the best tablets for years to come.

    i didnt like the samsung tablets as their pressure sensor buttons were too sensitive and watching youtube videos would occasionally trigger the back key. I find that iPad's are quite good value. I'm not an apple fanboy but the iPad's are surprisingly good value (ipad 4 or 5). If you really want the samsung tablets i suggest waiting for the release for the s3 which is apparently a much more powerful device and will allow for the s2 to drop in price.

    Alternatives I can think of:

    Zenpad 3s 10 (~$400 delivered from amazon. 64gb instead of 16gb storage)
    Lenovo Tab 3 business (32gb instead of 16gb but processor is slower) cheapest is now $269 at good guys/bing lee

    Or lenovo tab 4 10 plus if you can wait to see the street price

    Personally 16gb internal is simply not enough

    Try cash converters.. you get a 90 day warranty compared to Gumtree which you get nothing. I just recently scored a galaxy tab a 9.7" for $99 and a galaxy tab s 8.4" for $170.. both had original boxes and look like new.

      Every cash converters I have been to seems overpriced for just about anything electrical.

      Correct me if I am wrong but isn't Galaxy tab A 9.7 is pretty low spec?
