    Not a bad offer! I'm looking around for new packages for when my hosting ends…this might suite me (hosting ends in october though)

    I am wondering, is it possible to upgrade the ram/cpu on these reseller accounts? Or would it be better to just go with a VPS at that point?

    How do your daily backups work? Do I have access to them at any point or do I need to contact support? Can I just download archives/search for particular files?

      Unfortunately, we don't offer our usual Resource Booster for our Reseller Hosting packages.

      Our Economy & Business Hosting packages have the ability to be boosted (Business includes 2 free boosts per year). Boosting is a monthly cost that doubles RAM, CPU and disk I/O. Details are available at the bottom of the product pages under the "Flexibility" tab.

      Or would it be better to just go with a VPS at that point?

      This very much depends on your use-case. Our shared servers are heavily optimised and tend to surprise new clients.

      From what you've described, it sounds as though a VPS could be a good fit. Keep in mind you could sign up for Reseller Hosting to test the water - if the shoe doesn't fit, you're welcome to claim the 30-day money back guarantee and be on your way.

      They're currently hosted with Amazon S3.

      Do I have access to them at any point or do I need to contact support?

      At present it's a support ticket/call.

      Can I just download archives/search for particular files?

      By the end of June, our new backup platform will be online which will tick your boxes (cPanel integration, self-service browsing & restoration, etc).
