Is there any way to respond to an unresolved report when it has been raised on a deal?
Obviously I could make a comment about the report in the deal but that doesn't address the report itself.
For the deal I posted Video Ezy Kiosk - One Free Rental I've noticed that there is a report raised for "Targeted Offer" and as of posting this it is unresolved.
The deal is not targeted and is available to anyone.
For me - not a problem, but it could mislead others.
For my own POM I'd also like to know why it has been raised as targeted. If there is a problem then I'd like to resolve it.
Talk with a Moderator. The reports are all manually resolved by moderators so we do investigate & research the reports before actioning.

How do you find out what was a deal reported for?
Besides clicking on the blue number that shows up on a deal… there is no way of knowing it's content.
If a report is made there are preset reasons why the report was raised. If you see a report raised icon and click on it you will be shown what the preset reason was but not what the content of the report is about.
