Unsubscribe Email Issues on LightInTheBox

morning dear all

sorry for this issues, i get many users complain about our unsubscribe email issues, i know it make yours unhappy. I have submit the problem to those IT guys several months ago and always fellow up, but due to some reason(too long process times, and some technical question ), the problem still there. but here is some way maybe work

Temporarily way may unsubscribe the email.

login to personal center
go to Email Subscriptions
choose never for both Flash sale and Newsletter

or you can add the email on your blacklist, it's work for me LOL

PM: I will submit this issues officially and directly to our department manager and find a way to fix it. In the mean time we will stop post deal until it fixed. Hope this time the issues will solved soon.

    I have the same problem - unsubscribe and emails keep coming.

  • Had this issue, continuously unsubscribed for a week but the amount of emails was insane. Ended up blocking your email address. Personally not a huge deal to me since the prices were cheap but I understand everyones frustration.

    • yes, i understand it's annoy people, so need more comment to show my boss. so that maybe i can let the IT guys fix it more faster LOL. finger crossed

        And if boss needs evidence of how much trouble this is cause, he/she should subscribe to these emails with personal email.

      • LOL. This isn't a joke. It's illegal in Australia to SPAM.

        Whilst it may not be illegal in China, it's a sure way to gain bad blood and muddy your business opportunities here.

  • I have been there. I did that before and after registration many times.
    My email is inundated with phishing spams.
    The spams are not even coming from their official website! The phishing server is in the middle of nowhere!
    By the way, even if they would stop spamming which they didn't, your details are already sold around the world to professional spammers and potential hackers.
    I didn't receive the last item and I am being spammed none-stop in 3 emails. They sold my private information and also from my PayPal, and now I am getting scary spams with my details from spammers all over the world. These are professional spammers, that is their real business, selling stuff is a cover up.
    How about my Paypal email address?
    I even changed my PayPal email, and that could be a pain for those who you used to do business with and do not have your new PayPal. Also f**k PayPal for giving up my details.
    I even contacted these scams and changed my email and they are spamming the new one.
    They do not respect your privacy. They do not care about your request.

    • hi mate, do you mind resend the email which you still received after did what i mentioned here to me? so i can figure out what happened and fix it. and also please pm me your email and i will inform IT guys directly remove your email from the email list.
