    ebay
    aliexpress
    woolies
    coles
    watch shop
    $2 shop

where else do you buy other stuff?

    • I find bunnings to be cheaper then coles or woolies. Havent compared to target or kmart but the prices are def cheaper.

  • What size or kind of button batteries are you looking for?

Daiso have some pretty good ones (Mitsubishi brand) for $2.80 :)

Bunnings is best, cheapest price for walk-in stores. BE WARNED though, you may walk out with more stuff.

    • Honestly bunnings is not that cheap for most of their stuff.

  • Buy the maxell branded ones

I found that Chemist Warehouse had good prices. Have a look at their website to compare to the others.

  • I found them at my local reject shop, but be warned stock varies between stores.

But one thing is for sure, you really can't get ripped off with their prices.

    Ikea. For CR2032 3V — $3.95 / 8pack.

  • The $2 shop sells a card of assorted sizes for about $5.
I have one on hand, and order the 10 for a dollar off eBay for cr2032 that we seem to use most.

  • KMart have packs with a useful mix of types at reasonable prices.

Fake brand-name cells are rampant. If I wanted to be sure-ish, I would only buy from 'big name' retailers.

Keep in mind there are rechargeable variants available too. CR2032 is called ML2032 or VL2032 in rechargeable form, for example. There is also the higher-volt variant LIR2032. Ebay sells a cheap (less than $4) charger for these, which I have not tried.
