USB-C Cable for Powerbank

I am still looking for a 30 cm USB-C to USB-C cable that is a decent brand and will support fast charging

I'm a bit skeptical of cheaper/unknown brands because of people saying USB-C can be harmful with a bad cable. I also specifically want 30cm whereas that ones a metre by the look? usb-if approval and all that

I've tried most brands I can think of: tronsmart, aukey, amazonbasics, anker, apple, monster

Can anyone please link me a 30cm cable for a decent price? I've found a 50cm startech thunderbolt cable for $30

I've asked before but we didn't come up with much, amazonbasics 15cm is too short for me

  -usb type c cables can damage devices according to 'a google engineer'
  - usb type c cables with usb-if approval won't damage devices
  
  I am erring on the side of caution for a few dollars to protect my new powerbank and phone
