Often post get changed to remove details which shouldn't be there. SOmetimes things like personal details which the poster probably doesn't want to reveal anyways. However, does the revision history compromise this?

I think mods can delete revisions, think it happened once on a delivery hero post or something.
Deleting revisions is not something moderators can do. If there is a revision with an issue, please hit the exclamation mark next to the revision to report and Scotty will delete it.
