Suggestions for Tax Depreciation Schedule Providers for Residential Properties?

Hi all,

Can you please recommend some tax depreciation schedule providers for residential properties? I took quote from Depreciator.com.au for full site visit which is in the range of $600-$750 but I can see online that there are many cheaper ones even within range of $300 or so. What are the differences among them? What should I consider while choosing them beside that they should be ATO approved?

Also, charges are lower when they prepare depreciation schedule basis pictures and when they send quantity surveyor for full site visit. Does it make any difference?

Finally, please recommend some reasonably prices vendors if you have used any in recent past. Thanks!!

    I got mine done with BMT, around $700 from memory. They did a site visit & were very comprehensive. Was quite happy with them.

    Hi virhlpool, did you ended up going with BMT?
    I got quoted $715 per property, which they admit a bit higher than competitor, but they said their schedule will be more comprehensive than others.

      I went to depreciator.com and they are as reputed as well. You submit all bills to them and then give you detailed schedule (after a personal visit of quantity surveyor). I haven't tried others but they don't mention which bills/ amounts have been included in schedule and those that can't be covered in depreciation schedule. Price is in the same range.
