Darkest Legal Tint

I am looking to tint my new black car with the darkest legal tint but looking at some of the samples, they don't look very dark at all. Which company has the best darkest legal tint or should I risk getting a dark illegal tint (cash in hand/no receipt job)

    I got mine done at tint a car, Octane they say its the darkest legal you can get. I have privacy glass on all the rears so the difference is pretty close, specially at night

    Drove around in 10% for 2 years in an Evo, no problems. Been pulled over twice and have gone through many RBT and was never asked about the tints. It's very dark and at night, you can barely see around you. Stick with darkest legal; less headache overall.

    Gonna paint and tint my car entirely in Vantablack and drive it around town!
