Just used it today in Sydney. Working well.
I ordered my coffee in the app, rocked up 5 minutes later and the coffee was already done with my name written on it. It was ready much earlier than their predicted 10 minutes waiting time. ( I guess this would depend on how busy the cafe is).

the people that are handing out a little coupon advertising this are driving me nuts. so far every morning since last week they have been at town hall station forcing their coupon onto you.

  Yeah why not just have a big sign with the coupon code and the offer. Waste of paper as well!
