SanDisk Ultra 64GB MicroSDXC Memory Card $34.99 @ Officeworks

111

My beloved POS LG G4 has corrupted my 64GB microSD card so went a hunting for a replacement.

Found this at Officeworks, which is pretty much on par with the no-name eBay store pricing. Not a blisteringly great price, but good for B&M store and better than waiting for delivery AND MSY WA has no stock @ $31.

Free delivery if you buy 2 (or rather spend >$55).

I went into my local JB HiFi, in Perth CBD and price-matched for same price (from $64 ha!).

Price match with MSY and get extra 5%?

    • I did this last week, no problem.

Awesome if you can get it! Personally getting to MSY is harder than getting to OW (and probably cost me about $3 in fuel). :D

He said price match, not get from..

    • Nice, $29.45 is a great deal with price matching! But, has been a lot cheaper in the past, under $21.

  • corrupted ? what brand was it? Most of the big brand have life time or 10y warranty :)

    • OP could also try a sd card formatting tool (ie. Rpi recommended one) and see if it fix the problem.

    • It's exactly the same make/model. It been playing up last cpl days, but only confirmed today it was corrupted. Going to make do until my replacement phone comes and use new SD in that. Then I'll sort out what to do with the old one.

What does warranty have to do with corruption?

$30.32 delivered from PC Byte with COZY code, a bit cheaper than MSY - for those who would prefer free delivery than going to MSY/OW.
