This one looks likely to be Amelia Park’s 2015 Cabernet Merlot (The 2014 vintage was given 94pts by James Halliday, 93pts Ray Jordan) - https://ameliaparkwines.com.au/pages/amelia-cabernet-merlot.

I’ve had and enjoyed the previous years of this wine and it’s a bargain at this price.

    Note that the reviews/scores on the Amelia Park website for this wine are for the 2014 vintage, not the 2015. (Hence not mentioned by VM)

    Also likely this is an "export label" version of the wine.
