I was going to say - I don't think there's a generic one for CR. The sale is also on at DJs but I don't know if you can use CR cardholder benefits at DJs. Furthermore, for you to benefit from Amex rebates, you would've had to have bought classic gift cards online from DJs previously and use them in store. Seems like a lot of hassle…
