Does 28Degrees Mastercard Price Protection Include All of eBay.com.au?

Hey all,

I have a card with 28 degrees and was wondering if price protection works for all ebay.com.au stores? Was looking to purchase a phone off qd_au with the currently 15% of sales and wasn't sure if they would be counted as it says their store is based in Taiwan but ships from Sydney.

Secondly, if I use Paypal which takes the funds from the 28 degrees card, does this still count towards price protections?
