I've searched the internet but prices seem to be high

Can anyone give me a helping hand to find the cheapest cost for me to buy

What's your budget? And how old are the children? Quick Google search showed that ebay sells chairs for $17 delivered or $85 for 4 chairs and a table. Is that similar to what you had in mind?

Alternatively try Ikea kids products if they are within distance or maybe ebay.
